There are many aspects concerning anti-aging technology. These concern baseline vitamin and mineral supplemental considerations and well as nutrition, lifestyle, exercise, mental and emotional strength and balance. It is true of the axiom that states -- you are what you eat ! But unfortunately as the body ages, the concentration of our digestive enzymes decrease to the point where we don't absorb nutrients from our food as we used to. This accelerates the break down and aging process. For instance: the calcium in milk and dairy products is less and less absorbable as we go into our 20's and 30's. The reason being the calcium molecule that is bound to the globulin/fat cell will not break down as readily. The unwary person will begin to shrink in height despite his belief that he is receiving enough calcium through his diet. This is a unhealthy, dangerous state of confusion because calcium is essential for bone health, colon health (especially the smooth muscle action of the colon), digestive enzymes and heart integrity.
A baseline of general suggestions for slowly the aging process would include but not be limited to: omega 3 fatty acids, Vit D3, Calcium/magnesium in proper ratio for height, weight and gender, Vitamin B complex for nervous system health , a wheat germ oil for heart/cardiovascular maintenance and a probiotic for intestinal health and digestive wellbeing.
Blood work , and urinalysis will also be taken in each individual case to identify weakness and remedy imbalances present. Eating by blood type analysis can also be helpful. A custom, specific plan must be made for each individual as everyone's needs are unique to each.
Exercise is foremost in considerations. The body is dynamic and must be kept in almost constant motion. When left sedentary and stagnant the body will break down, muscles atrophy and blood flow stagnates and may not reach areas of the body that are under attack by free radicals or cancer causing cells. Aerobic exercises --- breaking a sweat,,,, 3 times per week for at least 25 minutes each session is essential for body maintenance.
